Chris Harder

The Raunchy Romeo of Burlesque

Chris Harder is a North Dakota raised, New York based male burlesque performer—think “Raunchy Romeo of Burlesque!” Harder has stripped and teased (and then some) around the world including stops in L.A., Key West, London, Berlin, Vienna, Paris, Brussels, Stockholm, and Amsterdam. Both sexy and humorous, Chris Harder’s burlesque is “beefcake with a twist,” parodying classic Americana references like the cowboy, the pizza delivery man, and the “Big Spender.”

She has trained at the New York School of Burlesque. Clara made her performing debut in 2011 and has been balancing burlesque with her full time career in medical science research ever since. Born out of a test tube of sparkle and spunk, the delicate darling of beakers and bunsen burners. She’ll transport you back in time, the Clara Bow of Burlesque: Clara Coquette.

Clara Coquette is also trained as a drag performer. She has trained under Crimson Kitty at the LadyQueen University. Clara is also known under her drag king name, Clarq (pronounced Clark) Coquette. Clarq Coquette trained under Goldie Peacock at Drag King 101. Corvette LeFace

Serving Eight Cylinders of Body

Corvette’s first act was to Computer Love by Zapp and Rogers, transforming from a PC into a Mac like in the classic Apple ad. Corvette comes out planning to murder it, every single time, possibly due to her lifelong maffia obsession.

Biggest fear: performing other people’s words in front of other people. On the other hand, improvisation is not a problem.

Signature act: Barbra Streisand
